Leche nevada con caramelo y almendras tostadas (Floating Island with caramel and toasted almonds)

Double crust chicken pot pie (Tarta de pollo)

For me  chicken  pot Pie is to every time or any season  and I love to make it. If you like an old fashioned chicken pot pie, with a flaky homemad crust you would love this recipe.    From one of my recipe Book Ingredients Crust 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup cold butter in cubes 1 yolk 1/2 cup cold water Filling 2 cups shreded cooked chicken   1/2 cup cream 2 tablespoon butter 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 green onion  chopped 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed 1 3/4 cups chicken broth 1/3 cup all pupose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 pinch of sugar Method In  a medium bowl mix flour and salt. Figs ricotta Ice cream and blackberry Ice cream popsicles ( Helados de ricotta e higos y de mora)

Delicious popsicles ! Fig and ricotta Ice cream and blackberrry ricotta ice cream. Here spring begin in September and in  Northen Hemisphere begin Fall but still there you have hot days. And anyway this years we ate Ice cream almost all winter ! Adapted from : Sweet tooth girl Note : This year I freeze fresh figs and was delicious for this type of recipe. Honestly, this is one of the best apple pie I've done. The mass balance (not too thick) and filling was perfect. I advise to do it anyway! Green tea Ice cream with white chocolate ( Helado crema de te verde cubierto de chocolate blanco)

Ice cream again :) A long time ago I wanted to do these green tea ice cream. On the web you can find many recipes for all tastes. Finally  I made a fusion of recipes plus some of my ideas. For example I wanted this green tea ice cream  cover with white chocolate . Is not easy melt white chocolate but in microwave you can make ok. The recipe below. And  here is the final product ! blackberry cheescake Ice cream (helado de moras y queso crema)

Really I have to say something about Ice cream??? I think not.  IsI love Ice cream ! Anyway I must say I love this recipe and I love blackberries. I used frozen blackberies from our last summer. But you can use fresh or frozen . Really taste like a blackberry cheescake and better ! You know always  when I see a lot of ripe pears I think :  I have to do something. I do not like to waste food and especially fruit :) And much time  Im not made a pear tart  and I found this recipe, And it was great.
